MENTORING

Alumni mentoring network
NCCE alumni volunteer to offer their professional experience to benefit the students of NCCE. They can provide useful advice regarding their own experience and expertise, give realistic advice about breaking into your profession and suggest ways for developing careers.

The role of the mentor itself depends on the needs of the mentee and the ability and experience of each mentor. The mentor-mentee relationship can produce fruits in the form of better directionality of study and performance. It will also result in increase in the placement possibilities of the students also.

NOTE: These mentors are not professional advisers. It merely is a practical resource for those seeking to find answers about a chosen career or profession.
