benefit the students of NCCE. They can provide useful advice regarding
their own experience and expertise, give realistic advice about breaking
into your profession and suggest ways for developing careers. |

| The role of the mentor itself depends on the needs of the mentee
and the ability and experience of each mentor. The mentor-mentee relationship
can produce fruits in the form of better directionality of study and
performance. It will also result in increase in the placement possibilities
of the students also. |
