to represent India in Indo-Bangaladesh Roll Ball Series to be held in
June 2008.

Mr. Surender Pal Sodhi won Gold Medal in National Level
Roller Skating Championship held in 2007.

The College Football Team won First Prize in Inter-College
Football Championship held at BRCM, Behl in 2007.

The College Organized Inter-College Athletic Meet in February
2008 in which students from various colleges took part and our college
lifted the Overall Trophy. Our students were declared Best Athletes in
Boys and Girls Categories both.

Department
of MCA organized N.C. Idol 2008 Singing Competition on 5th
April, 2008 in which students from all colleges of the campus competed. The top 20 students were selected
through the Preliminary rounds.
They
competed for the First Prize in which student from NC College of
Education won the first prize. The details were:

The college has successfully organized its Annual Synergy
meet this year in the month
of February in which there were Inter Departmental Competitions. The students compete in various
Technical and non-Technical events.
This year too there were competitions of Project Display, C
Programming, Project Display, Rangoli, Su-doku, Aptitude test and much
more. More than 500 students participated in the event.
The end of the event was marked by STAR EVENING in which the
great Punjabi singer “Sarabjeet Cheema”. The star performed for three hours continuously and
the students, staff and the faculty members enjoyed live Punjabi folk and
pop songs. The event was a grand success.

» Annual Athletic Meet - 2007
|
|
 The
college Annual Athletic Meet was organized in the month of February. Students from B. Tech. (All
Disciplines), M.B.A., M.C.A. and M.Tech. competed for track and field
events. This year the number
of students participating in the events grow by twenty percent. There were competitions for the
staff members also.
Mr. Bhushan Gupta, Vice-Chairman of the college,
did the inaugural of the Sports Meet. He addressed the sportsmen and told that the college
students have won prizes in the areas of Basket Ball, Foot Ball and
Skating at National and Inter-National level also. He repeated the
management’s commitment to provide facility for growth of sports in the
college. Before this all
sportsmen did a march past before the hon’ble Chief Guest.
All participants maintained the true spirit of the
game.

'Work on creativity of mind and you'll realize that
the mind has so much to share'.
The annual Synergy meet, which is an Inter
Departmental Competition Event, held in February 2006. Various
competitions in Technical and non-Technical events like Project Display,
C Programming, Mehandi competition, Face painting, Antakshri etc. were
held and the students participated in with great enthusiasm.

Vishal Gupta, student of MCA II Semester, Roll No. MCA/05/52
has won prize in CSR Super Brain Essay Writing Competition 2006 in
April. His essay on “Terrorism:
a threat to World Peace” has been highly recommended and
selected in Top 50 best essays in India.

organizing various competitions in the field of athletics, sports and
track events. The college's Annual Athletic meet, which was an Inter

more than 350 students of various departments participated in the spirit

Surender Pal Singh Sodhi represented Indian skating team in
11th Asian Skating Competition held at South Korea and won bronze
medal. He also won gold
medal in National Level Skating Competition

Our football team won YMCA Foundation Cup held at YMCA
Faridabad and also win gold medal in Inter-Engg College Football Championship
held at JMIT, Radaur.
Ø
In Basket Ball, our college has got 1st position at Zonal
Level tournament and silver medal in Inter University Tournaments at
Kurukshetra University Kurukshetra.
