an efficient governance of the academic institute, suitable mechanism
and procedure have been prepared and briefly discussed: |

Board
of Governors
The Board of Governors is responsible for policy decisions and various
planning activities of the College.
The Board is headed by a Chairman with ten other members. This body
meets about 2/3 times in a year. |

Academic
Advisory Committee
The body has well known academicians as its members who provide the
advice related to various academic activities of the College. |
| |
|
| 3. |
The
Director of the College is responsible for coordinating with the Management,
various Govt. & University organizations and All India Council
for Technical Education (AICTE). He is Ex-officio member of the Board
of Governors and the Academic Advisory Committee.
He interacts with all statutory organizations involved with the operation
of the College. Director is the In-charge of the overall administration
of the faculty, non-teaching staff and students. The Director is an
Academician. |

The
non-academic administration of the College is in the hands of the
Registrar and different administrative officers. |

Each
academic department is headed by a Head of Department who is responsible
for various academic activities, planning and budgeting of the department. |

The
faculty also helps in governance through Students Counselling, Training
and Placement and administration of the Teaching and Research Labs. |
