N.C College of Engineering since its establishment in 1998 has played a vital role in training and developing the technocrats and managers who have excelled in their respective fields and have contributed immensely to the industry and society. In its journey of eleven years, the institute has carved out a niche for itself amongst the professional institutions in this part of the country. We are the first one in the state to get the autonomous status. Today, the western world is looking towards India to hire highly technical manpower and also like to have perpetual collaborations in the field of higher education and high end research with educational institutions of repute. NC College of Engineering, Israna (Panipat) is a highly reputed self-financing educational institution in the state of Haryana. The College, established in the year 1998 in the memory of Late Lala Nemi Chand ji, a freedom fighter and an eminent social reformer, endeavors to maintain high standards of technological and management education to equip the youth of the nation to achieve the goals of the great visionaries of the country. NCCE is permanently affiliated to Kurukshetra University. This is the only college under Kurukshetra University to achieve the status of an Autonomous Institution. Under this system, the college has the freedom to upgrade the curricula & syllabi as and when deemed necessary, the degree certificated being awarded by Kurukshetra University. NCCE offers B. Tech. Programmes in six leading & emerging disciplines and also three M. Tech. Programmes.
